Return window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition and original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

For health and safety reasons, opened personal care, consumable and hygiene products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
